  • What does delivery cost?

    We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the EU. Shipping costs apply on orders outside of the EU and in non-EU countries. These shipping costs vary depending on the country and the specific cost is displayed in the online shopping cart at the checkout screen.

    How do you deliver lamps?

    Your lamp will most likely ship via UPS. However, the delivery method is solely at KOBBA’s discretion.

    When will my order arrive?

    If the item is in stock, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days. As local conditions are outside of KOBBA’s control, are we unable to say exactly when the goods will be delivered. Once the lamp are shipped, you will receive an email with a link to your delivery information. You can then track your shipment on the carrier's website.

  • Which payment cards can I use at the website?

    KOBBA receives payment via Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express, and Discover (US merchants only)

    My card has been rejected. What should I do?

    If you experience problems with completing your payment, please contact support@kobba.dk.

  • Does KOBBA repair lamps that are no longer under warranty?

    We want our lamps to last for as long as possible. Therefore, we always look into each case of repair. Though, when the lamp is no longer under warranty the repair comes with a cost, which is dependent on the repairment needed. Please write to us at support@kobba.dk in order for us to help you. Please include the following:

    1) State the email address used when placing the order with us.

    2) State the web order number which can be found on the order confirmation you have received from us.

    3) Please attach photos of the product you want to be repaired including detailed pictures of the parts needed to be repaired.

    4) After receiving your information we will look into the specific case.

  • I would like to return a purchase made via the online store – what should I do?

    For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Please reach out to us at support@kobba.dk then we will find the best and easiest solution depending on your location. Please include 1) the email you placed your order with and 2) your order number.

    How is my money reimbursed?

    If you cancel or return a purchase, we will reimburse the payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received notification from you that you wish to cancel. However, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the items or until you have sent us documentation that the goods have been returned. Reimbursement is made to the payment card which was used to pay for the order.

    I would like to register a claim – what should I do?

    Please reach out to us at support@kobba.dk to begin the process of registering a claim. Please include the following in your mail to us:

    1) State the email address used when placing the order with us.

    2) State the web order number which can be found on the order confirmation you have received from us.

    3) Please attach photos of the product you are making a claim on.

    4) After receiving your information we will book a return shipment with our shipping partner.

  • How long is the warranty period?

    KOBBA warrants for a period of two (2) years from the date of invoice for the original purchase that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship
